As the COVID pandemic rocked and dismantled the restaurant industry, out of the ruins rose ThoroughFare - Christian Hayes' answer to the devastation resulting from having to put The Garrison on hold. Dandelion Catering Co. was launched in 2008 by wife and businesses partner, Christine Hayes. Together, they built one of the most respected catering operations in the region.
Dandelion Market offers weekly orders of prepared meals, meal kits, fresh farm produce and meats, wine, beer, house cocktails, imported pantry items, and more.
