When the pandemic closed The Garrison's doors - Chef launched an intimate dinner experience for guests, one table at a time.

In early 2020, SLQS was launched to provide the public with essentials during lockdown.

This was the beginning of serving meals to the public, to order, from the catering kitchen, in the space that would become The Garrison.

When lockdown commenced, Chef bought a massive projector and weekly tailgate movie nights became a summer tradition for many.

Since 2015, Chef and his daughters have delivered Thanksgiving dinners to families in need of a break.
